How can I join a membership?

There are various ways in joining a memberships:

  • Provide your mobile number to our merchant and they will sign you up.
  • Search for our merchant name and sign up as a member in the app.
  • Scan the "Join membership" QR code in merchant store. (If available)

How can I earn points?

You can earn points by making purchase at our merchant's store. Provide your mobile number to our merchant for them to send you the points.

 

 

Where can I find my rewards?

After claiming/redeeming of your rewards, it can be found under "Vouchers" at the merchant's store page. 

 

How can I use my rewards?

You can use your reward vouchers in the following steps:

  1. Click on the voucher that you wish to use.
  2. You can redeem through 4 ways:
    • Show voucher QR code to merchant (only at Physical store)
    • Quote voucher code to merchant 
    • Self-redeem 

How can I leave the membership?

To unsubscribe from the membership, do drop us an email at hello@sendperks.com.
